Organic Baouw Wild Blueberry/Hazelnut/Fir Bud Bars 25g x3

BAOUW bars are organic, gluten-free and have no added sugars.

In addition to that, they are made in the French Alps thanks to the work of Yoann Conte (2-star chef) and Benoît Nave (nutritionist).

These energy concentrates can be consumed for sports but also as a snack that is both tasty and good for your health. Thanks to noble, filling and digestible ingredients.

• Bars assembled in the Alpes de Haute Provence, in an eco-certified workshop

Bars higher in carbohydrates, "good sugars" which come mainly from fruits, which avoids fatigue (peaks of hypoglycemia)
• To be enjoyed before, during and after a sports session (1 bar every 45 minutes on average depending on the intensity) or simply for a healthy snack (in this case, ideally after a fresh fruit).
• Store away from humidity between 15°C and 25°C

Ingredients :
Dates, wild blueberries 25%, hazelnuts 14%, apple paste, quinoa flour, sunflower protein, acacia fiber, extra virgin olive oil, fir buds 0.2%.
The ingredients are vegan and gluten-free. However, traces of gluten linked to production are possible. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
