FIREPOT porcini risotto will provide you with all the energy you need to recover after your day of hiking, skiing or cycling (contribution of 560 calories).
This vegan and gluten-free recipe is made with creamy Arborio rice with pan-fried porcini mushrooms and chestnut mushrooms, cooked in mushroom broth and finished with chopped flat-leaf parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
