Rab Khroma Kinetic Men's Ski Touring Pants Khaki

Designed specifically for ski touring, the Khroma Kinetic pants from RAB combine the protection of a hardshell garment and the comfort of a softshell thanks to its design based on Proflex™ fabric developed by the brand.

This highly breathable waterproof fabric combines the performance and protection of a traditional hardshell garment with the comfort, with a waterproof rating of 20,000 mm, the elasticity and feel of a softshell garment.

With its ability to wick moisture away from the body (breathability 25,000 MVTR), these pants will ensure quick and efficient climbs. And in case of intense effort and/or in spring conditions, zipped ventilation slits at the thighs quickly dissipate heat. The fabric also provides great freedom of movement, particularly for conversions on steep slopes and passages on foot, thanks to its very high elasticity.

For an optimal fit, these pants feature Velcro adjustments at the waist, as well as belt loops and attachment points for suspenders. The pockets have been carefully placed to be easily accessible and cause as little discomfort as possible when going up or down. The part in contact with the ski boots is intelligently designed with an adjustable hem and a very stretchy internal gaiter to keep snow out. Finally, the very resistant reinforcements against crampon impacts perfectly complete these pants.

Note that the cut of the pants is Freeride style and therefore rather wide.
