FIREPOT Dahl and Spinach Rice will provide you with all the energy you need to recover after your day of hiking, skiing or cycling (contribution of 500 calories).
This vegan and gluten-free recipe is made with five types of lentils, simmered with onion, garlic, cumin and chili pepper. Combined with basmati rice, spinach and garam masala, topped with chopped coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.
• Simply add 400 ml of boiling water to the sachet to rehydrate it. (Average rehydration time: 15 min)
